Sorry about the video in the previous post… it just now finished converting. Anyway, shortly after we arrived in Chaping I climbed up a construction site and I put a fisheye lens on my secondary camera and mounted it on top of a piece of rebar (overlooking where Steve was going to play his concert.) Then I set up a timer to make the camera shoot every couple of minutes…
Here’s the fives hours of concert prep and concert condensed into about 16 seconds… I catch something new every time I watch it! Look for the tarp going up on the stage (because it started raining)
Tons of people came out, despite the rain, and many were brought to tears. By the end of the night, people were asking for Bible’s and wanting to know more about God. It was really powerful and amazing to see.
There’s a whole bunch of images in the works but I have to run right now so keep an eye out, but check out this portrait from this portrait… I was trying to get myself up high to shoot the concert and this super nice guy was kind enough to let me get on his balcony.
Thanks for reading!

Thanks for sharing with us. These videos are awesome! I wondered what all this crew would do for a month. Of course, a concert or 10 is in order.
The video is cool but the picture of the man is STUNNING! GREAT SHOT! Thanks for sharing the SCC team adventures with us via video and picture!
Thanks so much for sharing! What an amazing picture of the gentleman who helped you!! I know there are Gideons in China somewhere–been praying that the interest from the group there now is able to be followed up with God’s Word and then growth! Thank you for helping the Chapmans to share their story. I look forward to more pictures and video.
Love in Christ,
Nancy

Hi Austin, Great pics of the Chinese people. It just goes to show that you don’t need a lot of stuff to be happy. While they are living in poverty, they show us that simplicity is a blessing. I am so glad that Steven is ministering to them. The Holy Spirit is moving mountains in ways that we can’t even imagine!

Your talent and gift is amazing! What lens and aperture
did you utilize to shoot this rockin’ pic?
