This is such an awesome post! I am about to get started in doing some traveling videography work and my next goal is to get a Cannon DSLR. I will eventually be shooting in areas like this post describes so I will definitely be paying attention to all of this!

Thanks for doing this. Just this week I was thinking about writing a few blog post about some of my equipment. I think the format will literally be listing various gear and having 2-5 sentences about them each. It will make it easier to Google that way as well.
